The Myrtle Pavillions model is based on an actual quarter of blocks of flats in Jinan, Shandong province. It is representative of a typical modern such block of flats in China.
The model is in scale 1:160, which matches the model railway N-scale.
The Left Wing, Middle Building and Right Wing can be combined into a block.
